Offset Projects is thrilled to be joined by artist Radha Pandey in a three day intensive program to learn how to make your own paper and create books using a variety of binding techniques. In this workshop, participants will learn to make paper from cotton fiber using the European sheet forming method. After making a few sheets, we will press and hang up to dry.
Participants are encouraged to bring pressed flowers or other flat materials to embed into their sheets to make personalised papers. We will use these as the covers for some of the books we make during the workshop.
All material for pulp and binding tools will be provided. Participants are required to bring a waterproof apron, cloth material and some egg cartons along with them for the workshop.
