Surveilling a Crime Scene is a companion flip book to the award-winning film of the same name (2023), which examines the materialization of non-Indigenous life on Miriwoong Country. Through collected moments, the book highlights colonization as an ongoing and present violence rather than a historical event. Featuring an essay by novelist and critic Fiona Kelly McGregor, it extends the film’s critical lens into print.
